The pizza was fresh, loaded with toppings, and had the perfect balance of flavor and quality ingredients. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to Jason, the manager, who truly understands what exceptional customer service is all about. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel like valued customers. It’s clear he takes pride in running a great operation and creating a positive experience for everyone who visits. Had an awesome experience at Cottage Inn Pizza Downtown Grand Rapids tonight. Everything came out fresh, hot, and absolutely loaded with flavor. The large round pepperoni pizza was perfectly cooked with a great cheese-to-sauce ratio and crispy pepperoni on every slice. The BBQ chicken pizza on the garlic butter crust was incredible — the barbecue sauce, chicken, bacon, red onion, and garlic butter combination was next level. You could tell they didn’t skimp on toppings at all. The garlic cheese sticks with ranch were also amazing. The ranch paired perfectly with them, and everything had that fresh-made taste. The presentation and quality honestly stood out compared to most pizza places. Downtown Grand Rapids is lucky to have this spot. Great food, great portions, and consistently one of the best pizza experiences around. Definitely coming back again soon.

Placed an order and was told that they didn’t even PUT my pizza in the over until over an hour and a half later which happened to be 7 minutes before closing time. Instead of waiting an hour and a half they could’ve simply told me they were too lazy to do their job and I could’ve taken my business elsewhere. I doubt cottage inn holds their employees accountable but if they decide to then do know this occurred 4/5 late at night.

I worked at a GR brewing/pizza place and have also frequented plenty of local pizza places in my 13 years living in GR and the downtown Cottage INN is by far my favorite in the area. I am soooooo glad to we have got this new location. Not only is everything ALWAYS super tasty, but the delivery is constantly on point, and the quality for the price cannot be beat. Everything is always so good. I have to add an additional shout out, because on a day when the weather has been atrocious the crew has gone above and beyond with their exemplary service. My order was expectedly running a bit late (past a 45 minute mark which is already super fast for a lunch delivery order and is almost always what it is even during weekend dinner hours), but as the weather is horrible I totally understood and really wasn't bothered. But I randomly get a call from the store apologizing for the delay which was totally unexpected and extremely appreciated though again in this weather I completely understood the circumstance. I would order again anyways (and always tell friends to do the same), but I'll just be adding this extra addendum to remind people how awesome this location is as well as how thankful I a

Some of the best pizza in the state of Michigan and BY FAR the best of the chain pizza joints. I've never been to a Cottage Inn where they didn't seem to care - and this location is no exception. I've never had a bad meal with Cottage Inn - unlike places like Domino's and Pizza Hut (which I generally like, nothing against them), Cottage Inn is INCREDIBLY consistant. With Domino's or Pizza Hut, for example, you've got I (non-scientifically) estimate around a 70-30 shot at getting good pizza to complete trash. Cottage Inn, on the other hand, can be counted on for good to exemplary pizza every time. I hope their new Grand Rapids locations get the traffic they deserve, because they are incredibly well run with care for the customer and reasonable, fair pricing in an era of fast food that has deteriorated to the point of being essentially inedible much of the time, while sticking the customer with runaway pricing that would have been laughed at as completely absurd and outrageous prior to 2020.
